Our mission

Being a wing of a health juggernaut (SAAF CAMP), Bike Is Life is surrounded by health professionals and fitness gurus who 
endorse healthy lifestyles, practices and disciplines. Since 2011, thirty plus graduations later (still going) and supporting thousands of participants through their journeys to better health, we have recognized biking as a viable activity that contributes to optimal health.
Our goal is to educate, inspire, motivate and encourage everyone to adopt biking into their healthy lifestyle regimen.
